Melissa also provides supervision services for her interns and Independent Contractors. She has a particular focus on the Gottman Method.

Melissa has extensive training in the Gottman Method, and leans heavily on this approach in her work. She also has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prep-Enrich, and SYMBIS. In addition, using a Strengths-based, Mindfulness, Holistic (Systemic), Culturally sensitive approach, Melissa likes to work together with her supervisees in a collaborative, sensitive, challenging and supportive manner. In her work with supervisees, she helps you with clinical tools and strategies, supports and guides you along your clinical journey, facilitates insight, and fosters recognition of your own personal strengths and areas of growth. Supervision usually involves a combination of session debrief, reviewing video recordings of session, and live supervision.
